About Chef Owner, Erica Jenkins-Chavez
Erica is a French-trained pastry chef and a 20-year restaurant veteran. She loves tea, pastry, chocolate, and wine but her favorite meal is champagne and French fries.
Since graduating from L'Academie de Cuisine in 1996, Erica has cooked in, owned and/or operated restaurants and cafes along the East Coast. In 2019, she moved to California and began anew as a successful restaurant consultant for major hotel hospitality groups. But running her own shop is her passion; so, yes, she’s working hard to eventually bring a Marché Zoë storefront to the neighborhoods of North Redondo. Click here to learn more
